A pair of bluewing teal on our pond. I love the look of a bluewing drake its hard to beat hopefully they bring some ducklings back to the pond soon.

One of the Grouse I had a camera set up on changed to dark visits to this log witch is his primary log and started using an alternate log for day time use. Looks like this is why judging from its smaller size I think this is a Sharp Shinned Hawk .

My bird feeder was damaged a couple of times, I decided to set up my camera to watch what was happening. To my surprise I had two black bear visit the bird feeder located in the flower garden 25 feet from my house, They continued to stay in this spot for one hour and eight minutes eating bird seed and resting.
