I haven't found a grouse drumming log for years. Now I monitor it & hope to get some nice photos.

first picture is the buck on the wood edge rubbing overhanging tree limbs out of site from the stand, second picture is within a fraction of a second after the shot and the camera caught the deer leaping to run with all four feet off the ground and the bullet impact in the water after hitting the deer and the turkey that was on the ground in flight

Your last set of pictures in Deer &Deer Hunting featuring double beams inspired me to send these. Got pictures of him starting in spring all the way through the start of bow season. Never saw him during bow season but I did grunt him in an tagged him on the opening day of Firearms season.
