Even though it's midsummer in the Bitterroot Mountains, I have several Cuddeback cameras out to see if any bull elk are about. At one site I was fortunate to capture a calf elk trying to get a meal from its mother.

A Bear I named The Black Bus (two years ago) Shows himself at least once a year and will surely gain some weight before the end of fall. (estimated weight 550-600.)

After seeing mostly deer on our camera, it was a pleasant surprise to find this photo of a group of turkeys with babies. We have seen the turkeys around our property and had no idea they had little ones. What a great picture taken by a great camera!

The attached photo was my 1st use of the Cuddeback C3 in the field. The camera picked up the cow moose legs 2 feet away and then 30 seconds later shoot it again 30 feet away as shown in the photo. Only had camera out 3 days and picked up 20 different mule deer bucks. Reset the camera in the same location and have high hopes that with the new SD card there should be even more photos.
