I have never got a buck that is shedding his velvet before. I was shocked when I checked my Cudde to find these pictures. Thanks to Cuddeback I have another bucket list picture.

This grouse is missing his tail feathers lucky escape from predation is my guess and he is still able to drum without the support of his tail feathers.

3 weeks away and this is the the most mature buck I've had on film so far this year. He looks as if he might be 4 1/2 yrs old definitely 3 1/2 yrs old. Time will tell as the velvet will soon to be coming off and the season begins here in MN!!

I've always tried to get out in the woods and setup pre season but have never found the time. This is my first year actually getting it done and seeing my first bucks in velvet still growing. I have 2 other cameras out there testing to see how they hold up verse my new Cudde. The other cameras got a lot of tail pics and blank pics but the Cudde catches them while they're still in Camera view! I'm very happy with the Cuddeback and even more excited for bow season and to check camera's than ever!

I had my Cuddeback set up at my tree stand along a soybean field in which I had been seeing some deer activity when I caught this picture of the neighbor setting off some fireworks.

While we have Great White-Tail deer down in our part of the country in South Texas, we also have Trophy Raccoon that always manage to get to the corn! This picture demonstrates how the Cuddeback with it's quick trigger action can capture a moving target (in this case a falling raccoon) with great clarity!
