While checking my Cuddeback for Kansas whitetail, I noticed a pile of turkey feathers under the tree my camera was in. Later that night while going through photos, I couldn't believe what I saw. It looks like a bobcat clenched onto a turkey mid-flight! If I'm right, the tail feathers of the turkey are in the center of the photo, already detached from the bird. You definitely don't see this everyday! I'm kicking myself now for not having it in video mode! It's still a cool pic to share. Enjoy.

In this photo, I Just spruced up my mineral spot for the first time of the year, at the end of August, the next morning, These two were digging in. Couldn't believe the size of this deer, in this area, around here, everyone shoots the first thing they see, the area is over hunted and property rented out to a bunch of city folk. He stayed around a few days and hasn't been back until just last night, I caught him on another camera (cuddyback attack w/flash) near our pond, hopefully he can make another season so I can hunt him next year.

I have been trying to find this mature deer and his unique brow tine size on one side is a dead give away from previous years. He noticed the camera then stuck his head up to smell what that camera may be!

This is a community scrape and my cuddieback never lets me down. This nice buck gave me a show to get the blood pumping.

I was scouting this field edge when I noticed a sapling being thrashed ahead. A buck was rubbing off his velvet in early September. I immediately put up a Cuddeback on the spot. This is a deer we call Splitter and now I know exactly where he lives!
