1) This black bear is a regular visitor to a spring-fed pond on my property. On this warm day he decided to go for a swim to cool off, and when he spotted the camera he went in for a close-up. Duckweed anyone? 2) I was surprised to see cattails growing in the pond this year and so was this black bear. He was enjoying an afternoon snack when the camera took this shot. Mine, all mine! 3) I had photos of this cougar in the same area for several weeks and suspected that she may have a cub nearby. Sure enough, she showed up with 3 cubs. Triplets!

This 8 point Ohio buck was startled by something and started to run. My new Cuddeback camera can stop motion and produces some nice action shots.

Our neighbor logged his farm and we noticed the shift in deer patterns. We placed a camera along the run and found where the bobcats like to play.

This picture was taken on the outside of a big game fence intended to keep animals out of an orchard in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. There is a game trail between the fence and a river and this camera was mounted to catch traffic along that trail. The fallen leaf on the nose of the bull moose is a nice touch.

I purchased two Cuddeback Long Range IR cameras on a Cabelas black Friday sale last year and I am amazed at the quality of pictures I get with them. I left a camera out after the season last year and forgot about it. I finally pulled the card this week to find out the camera was actually still taking pictures through late summer and I never changed a battery. I would say these two foxes are buddies. I need to fix the year date on my camera it is marked 2016 but was 2018.
