The first photo was of the bear in the spring. I film bears in my lower field for a hobby. This guy was huge. He appeared again that fall. We had no mast crop to speak of and the bears decimated my apple trees which are in my front field and only one hundred feet from my home here in NH. This same bear appeared again and the next morning when I looked out at my trees, it was like a tornado came through. All ripped to hell and they stripped 3 trees completely of apples in one night. I sent the pictures to a bear guide who hunts in New Brunswick, Canada and be called me a few days later saying that the photos are of the same bear and he estimated its weight at 500 pounds.

This image was taken outside my front Door in Calgary Coyotes are known to seamlessly to integrate with City life and can find food just about anywhere. The interesting part is the date on the picture April 28th not exactly spring time
