Found this bucks sheds on my parcel last year. Hadn’t seen him all year and he finally shows up on camera a few days ago.

While reviewing my camera photos to see what deer are around and time of day, I see this perfectly centered shot, as if posing, of a young northwestern Pennsylvania black bear. This was taken on my trusty Capture model.

Here is another picture of the buck I've nicknamed Junkyard. I hunt on public property in Georgia and these deer face increasing pressure, which makes it difficult to harvest a mature whitetail. This year it's been extraordinarily hot and we've had a drought for the past few months. Junkyard has been hanging out in the swamp which offers thick cover and is too think for other hunters to venture into. He seems to feel comfortable moving around in daylight hours. Using the Cuddeback Long Range IR bundle pack (Model J-1415) I was able crawl back into the swamp and create a Cuddelink mesh network and capture several good quality pictures of Junkyard without spooking him. Catching him on multiple cameras has allowed me to narrow down his travel routes and identify his core area, which hopefully will increase my chances of a successful harvest for a mature public land buck.

Just a whitetail doe getting a little curious about the camera I have set up by the field behind my house. They usually check it out and keep feeding. however, I have never seen one stare right into the camera lens like this. You can see how dilated the pupil is. Allowing it to draw as much light in as possible, creating their ability to see so well at night. Its just a cool thing to see up close.

Got a couple young bucks sparring in front of the camera, they took turns going 1 on 1 but got lucky and all 3 went at it and got a cool picture!
