What else can I say? The picture really does say a thousand words. It's almost as if the deer knew exactly what the camera was for and to pose for it. It is only 2 1/2 or 3 feet above the ground, so the deer would have had to purposely lower her head to it, not just happen upon it by accident. It's the wildlife version of those self serve photo booths you sit in at the mall.

Recently joined a club in Western NC I love checking cameras to see what they have captured. This week I was blown away by the sheer size of this Big Momma black bear. I have nicknamed her VW for obvious reasons.

Plenty of predators this year, but this skunk seems to holding his own at the bait site. I was shocked to see this coyote daring to get so close at the risk of getting sprayed but I guess the skunk sparred him if he promised not to eat him!!! Also a pair of beautiful gray foxes helping themselves to some ripe apples.

Hoping to see a good buck coming to this feeder and instead got a big surprise. This Bobcat must have watched a squirrel go up the pole to steal corn. Then he ran up and jumped to get the squirrel. What a cool picture!!!
