This photo was taken opening day of rifle season in Northern WI. I was after this buck all archery season but never got an opportunity at him. The photo was taken seconds before I shot him. I had a doe lingering out in front of me and he came in hot on her trail. This was the first time in my life I targeted a certain buck for the season. It felt very rewarding and it’s going to be my first shoulder mount as well.

In Kansas it is legal to put out food for hunting. Put out this corn pile in Hope's of locating a big whitetail in the area, and this are what I keep getting pictures of.

This buck is on my neighbors. Didn’t cross on to my property one time that I know of. Got permission to put a camera on their place to see what was left and look what pops up. Looks like he has 14 points.
