I set up my Cuddeback near my protein feeder to see what was coming in. The first few times I used it all I got was the farmers goats. Then I got this one.

I have been watching this deer for three years. I have his sheds from last year. He has been a ten pointer for the last two years and I am hoping that this year he will be a shooter. I had a 10 yard shot at him this year and let him walk.

One picture is a buck on a snowy Christmas Day 2004. The other is a big bodied deer in early velvet. I have been watching the big deer for four years now. The first two years I didn't have a camera so it was a glimpse here and there but nothing really substantual. Now I have the camera and some great shots from velvet thru rut and back again.
