Camera is set up near a 'community scrape' and we have photos of about seven different bucks taken over the past two weeks. This one -- pretty sure we have one shot of him last year -- is a rather impressive deer.

This was my first attempt at seeing up a trail camera so I was trying to be very carefull with all the adjustments.I left after setting it up and returned 1 week later.I was very upset with myself when I approached the camera and saw that it was 1 foot lower and tilted to one side.I figured I didn't attached it to the tree firmly enough.I set it up again and saw that I had taken 11 pictures. In doing so I noticed quite a few teeth marks in the camera.I couldn't wait to see what I had.The first picture I saw I could not figure out and stared at it for awhile before moving on to the next pic's.After seeing the rest of the pic's I finally figured out that the first one was the bear with his mouth/nose right in the camera. All the rest of the pic's are canted because the bear knocked the camera of level. After being chewed on the camera function flawlessly and took quite a few more pic's although it was not pointed in the right direction any more.Great product !

We had an early snow, when the bear were still fairly active. When I first viewed the white picture, I figured that the snowfall had triggered the shot.. but then remembered that the cuddeback is also infra red as well! If you look closer into that shot.. you can see this bear nosing into the bait from the left. The other photo simply is a neat winter shot. BOTH pictures add testimony to the operational capabilities of the Cuddeback! (Incidently, THIS bear remains in the wild... he was too cunning to have been caught during legal shooting hours!)
