On March 20, a deer that had recently lost part of its lower right leg limped past my Cuddeback. It didn't come back, and I thought infection had killed it. Then, on Nov. 30, a buck with a gnarly rack stopped by -- the three-legged deer not only survived the loss of his leg but Delaware's fall shotgun buck season as well!
