It’s a cool mid-September evening in Glocester, RI. The bucks have lost their velvet, polished their antlers and sparring has begun in hopes of winning the right to mate. Fortunately, my Cuddeback on the job, positioned and ready to capture the whitetail activity in my hunting area. In the two photos, taken one minute apart as my Cuddeback was set up to do, an 8-pointer and a 7-pointer square off and then lock antlers in an initial test of worthiness. I only wish this would have been daytime so that I would have a Cuddeback video of this sparring match.

Cameras set up on crossing of several deer and bear trails, caught this guy getting his dinner. Caught this nice 8 pointer coming through also.
