In a natural protected area, I have a research about monitoring carnivores. This month we got this picture, taking with a Cuddeback Capture model camera.

Just caught this in time for Valentine’s Day. Cameras are out in high traffic whitetail areas of our property.

Busted up 10pt. caught on cam with snow in the air Dec.26. #1 Buck on the property survived the season which closed Dec.22. Looking forward to seeing what he grows for headgear in 2021

These are all photos from my cuddylink system this past season. I thought the images are very clear and represent QDMA standards.

Some of the best lighting I've ever had for a trailcam picture. The future looks bright in Ohio! Love my Cuddebacks

Cuddeback Color C1279 trail cams captured this nice 8-pointer at two different camera location sites on September 5, 2020, on the day of his velvet shedding. Buck rarely came out during daylight hours except on his velvet shed day and one other day during the rut, at least in front of my 7 trail cameras. Location: In Becker County near Detroit Lakes, MN.

Up close & personal with some Minnesota bobcats. The cameras are working good with our subzero (-20 degrees) temperatures.

Approaching Valentine's day in such an unusual time, we have been extremely fortunate to find solid evidence addressing one of life, and love's, biggest mysteries! How do porcupines, one of the largest and most prickly rodent species in the world, make babies? The answer, as you'll see, is: extremely carefully! In a cave, near Rooi-Els in South Africa, frequented by wildlife of all shapes and sizes, including baboons and leopards, two consenting (an important and necessary thing!) adult porcupines picked just the right night to kickstart the next generation!
