I was conducting a study of biodiversity in institutional campuses in India. Call it beginners luck or not. These were my first captures. 1. Indian Jungle Cat 2. Small Indian Civet 3. A curious Black-naped Hare checking the camera-trap.

Morning nap...ten antlerless whitetails are tucked in for a morning nap. The group arrived about 8:15am and left the ridge line around 10:30am. The K-23 took 19 photos and in each photo at least one of the deer had it's head up, alert to their surroundings.

Saskatchewan winters are tough on deer and eqipment. I run 8-20 Cuddebacks year round and they are extremely reliable. #Impressed

This female bobcat has been walking the front fence line for years. We have snares set all along the fence and this one female has evaded them. Not so for many of the other cats caught. This is one smart bobcat.

An late October snow in Wisconsin has this Taylor County public land trophy on his feet just before dark. The snow on his horns tell me he wasn't bedded far from my stand and camera location. Unfortunately, I was working instead of hunting.
