Had periodically captured photos of a bobcat here and there on this hunting property. Just this year I started getting more photos of them using the same trail. Even had some heavy rains and the creek flooded the trail area but then quickly froze over...caught this pair on the ice. Probably real close to breeding season as well.

Doe is in mid-air flight as she leaves the plot. Hard to tell what spooked her as we all know how on edge deer can be this time of year.. The photo shows why I love my Cuddebacks.

Coyotes are prowling in our backyard right in town. Very dangerous for our pets. This is occuring more and more as they lose their hunting areas.

Had big hopes for some preseason scouting and was very disappointed that there was only two pics in the card. But…. They were of this velvet monster and his giant buddy in the background. 2021. I’m not 100% sure which model camera, it’s an older one but takes a great pic!

This big guy made it through another hunting season. By the looks of what is left of the brow tines I have some very well rubbed trees. The camera is on a bit of a tilt as several deer have had their heads up against the camera and bent the steel post holding it. My camera mounts do work very well. I screw the mounting bracket for the camera on a short 2x2. I drill a hole at the bottom the size of an electric fence steel post and fit in the post. This allows me to place the camera in very selective spots. I regularly get some great photos. The 2nd buck has a nice heavy rack but has a way to go to match the big boy. Great spot to get all kinds of a variety of deer...and other wildlife.
