Just before dark while muzzleloader hunting in northern NY, I heard a deer blatting and water splashing near a beaver pond. The next morning I went back to the beaver pond to investigste. I found this adult doe dead and partilly eaten on a log out in the middle of the pond. I was not sure if a coyote would have killed a deer out in the water, so I set up my cuddeback expert overlooking the deer kill. I was surprised to capture these photos of a coyote up to it's belly in the water, feeding on this kill. Don't know if the coyote is the culprit, but all bets say it is ?

We put a cuddeback on a 30ac tree draw we got permission to hunt this year. We were just going to see whats in the area. Well we pulled this card and it got missplaced somehow. We found it about 20 days later. We looked at it and seen this buck on there. Well a friend of mine I heard shot a huge buck about a half mile from this picture, we compared the photo and it was sure enough the one he shot 6 days after the photo was taken. I am super happy for him, Im just glad I get to see things like this on my camera. Hopefully he has some offspring in there that is as nice as he is. I will find out, because you can bet I will be hunting this place alot.

Skunk versus Buck I have a mock scrape here that this buck visits quite often. Aparently this skunk was going to travel through and wanted his way. The buck wasn't sure about this animal and what to do if anything. A few days later (11-20-12) I rattled in and shot this same buck. Now the skunk dosen't have anything to worry about.

Actively checking coyote travel in my area. Placed my Expert in a gully that is a travel path for all the game in the area. Nice dog!

Thanks to cuddeback I was able watch this deer for two years and harvest him this year. He grew over twenty inches this year over last year and I shot him with my muzzleloader two days after these were taken at four in the afternoon.
