Was baiting deer, there had been some hens around when I downloaded the pictures I had this. I set up 2 cuddebacks for the different angles. What great pictures they take.

These are just a few decent bucks on our farm a few days before season. Hoping they made it through!

Thanks to my trail cameras I was able to catch up on this guy. He was a nice 125 8 pointer last year and blew up to a 142 incher this year. Best opening day gun season yet. He came through with 5 does and 6 other smaller bucks. It was the craziest deer action i've ever had in the woods!

My camera is set up to cover an active scrape near one of my ground blinds. This young buck finally figured out that I was home! As you can see from the subsequent photo the larger buck ignores the blind while checking out a doe.

This is a 2 year old buck on my property that has been seen over the last couple of months with this Horton crossbow bolt sticking out of him. We don't know who or when he was shot, but he seems be taking it well. Thanks for looking!!

The buck was photographed on one of several cameras set up on mock scrapes. The 12 pointer was also caught on camera several times the previous year as an eleven pointer. He was harvested 29 days after these pictures were taken and was jawbone aged at 3 1/2 years.

2 bucks I know well. After and Before Hunting season we feed our deer protein to help with the winters and summer growth. These two, Fireworks and Bully ran around together a lot and always fought around the feeder. I have several photos and video of both of them. November 19th 2012 I was able to harvest Fireworks as my 12 cuddebacks narrowed his movements.
