my 11 year old son and I thought we would just walk over a hill to check one of our 4 cameras on 120 acres since we were close and without an atv. boy, were we shocked at what were on the camera. 795 pictures in 10 days that were all deer. he's ready to go, been shooting almost every night since his youth season starts in about 6 weeks. he's even got it for a screen saver on his cell phone. hope he gets a crack at one of them. it's still early and they should put on some more bone...

I had noticed bobcat tracks on this log, used repeatedly for crossing the cold water of the creek. He returned again for his portrait.

After putting up a new stand on my farm in Indiana we captured this up and coming buck. Although not a shooter yet he poses well for the camera. I live in Alaska and my family checks the cuddebacks I have put up on the property. We are trying to manage the deer population in a responsible way to provide some real trophy hunting in the future.
