An oak ridge on my property that usually sees a lot of action during acorn drop. I run cameras year round, I'm guessing they were nosing around looking for acorns that were missed. I almost always try to setup my cameras to not only get pictures of deer, but also get nice pictures. I pay attention to the background, and will often tweak my cameras to get just the right angle.

I have been my hunting whole life and this is the biggest Deere I have ever gotten a picture of on my trail cameras. Thanks, Cuddeback, you captured pictures of the Deere clear on the other side of the field running. Thanks guys :)

This was the first year my middle grandson (one of five) deer hunted and set out his own scouting camera. Unfortunately, he never got to see him in the day light. He picked out his own spot for the camera and tree stand. I was very proud of him for doing it all on his own. I told him sometimes you win sometimes you don't. You never loose, you just get another chance. Next year you both will be even bigger. Thanks for the memory.
