notice this buck along with 2 other nice 8 pointers hanging around the farm before the season open. My 11 yr old daughter saw this one and called Dibs . She ended up harvesting this buck on the evening of the special Youth hunt (9-28-13)

On Christmas eve my daughter Zari and I decided to set up the trail cam to try to catch Santa. She thought it was a great idea. At first I tried to use another maufacturer's camera but discovered unfortunately it was non functional. I set up the trusty old excite which really led to the excitement of Christmas Morning. After opening all the presents we set the camera up to the big screen. As we viewed through the deer photos from the 2013 season all of a suddent we hit the image jackpot and had four photos of Santa from 12:42-12:46 in our living room. The favorite was at 12:46 am Christmas morning where we got the shot of him with the milk mug in hand that my daughter had left out. We got him, we got him Dad! was the shout of the morning as she danced away. For the image shot that really counted I am so glad I relied on Cuddeback. It is cerain to be more classic that all the other great shots that I have had of bucks, moose, bear and wolves that I have been very exciting to capture.

Shot fork buck could not find blood to track, latter checked the flash card and saw the arrow exiting deer, then I knew I had made a bad shot. Two days latter buck was back on camera and I felt good about that.

These photo's are of a buck that is on a new property that I just leased in early december. I already had my buck but put one of my cuddeback camera's up just to see whats there for next year. There are a few other big bucks on this farm but they all have atleast one broken tine and some have many broken and I believe that this beast is the one doing all the damage and this is definitely the one I am going to hold out for. I bow hunt only just because I think when you shoot a giant whitetail like this one with a bow that it is more rewarding and challenging but most of all I enjoy the fact of getting these kings of the woods within 30 yards or less and not getting busted. I hope you enjoy the photos of my Kansas bruiser and I hope that it will win me a cuddeback camera because they are the only one's I use and they are the best. Thank you!

POINT OF IMPACT. Camera was set up while I was hunting. I shot this deer in Kansas the last day of the year, 45 minutes before season end with a Horton reverse curve crossbow. Camera captured arrow as it entered the deer and the ususal deer kick when hit. Also corn flying at his feet. Recovered deer a short time later.

This beauty of a deer was seen in Marinette Co. This deer exibits a broad tall standing 10 point rack including an unusual center horn. This deer was henceforth nicknamed The Unicorn because of his centerpice of a horn. Showing up on numerous photos on my Attack IR trail camera The Unicorn regularly makes visits with the last sighting being 11/12/13. Since that last sighting I haven't been able to set up the trail camera again due to travel and health concerns, so The Unicorn remains anonymous.
