Imagine waking up for the first day of the PA archery season and seeing this guy bedded down just below the cabin. We actually had to chase him as we headed outside to walk to our hunting spots. This is taken about 30 feet from the house, and it was the first time we saw this guy(and 2 others that same night) during the year. This camera stays out all year and I add corn whenever we go there. I get lots of social interaction of different animals here. They appear friendly in this pose, wouldn't you agree!

Imagine waking up for the first day of the PA archery season and seeing this guy bedded down just below the cabin. We actually had to chase him as we headed outside to walk to our hunting spots. This is taken about 30 feet from the house, and it was the first time we saw this guy(and 2 others that same night) during the year. I shot this 8pt in northern Michigan with my crossbow just moments before my cuddeback caught him running off the field. You can see the box blind I am in and the dust he kicked up running away. We found the deer about 75 yards from the camera. I was really surprised when I went through my pictures to find this picture of my buck. You can see the bolt and the luminock glowing as he ran by.

I am new to hunting (13) and I got my first Cuddeback for christmas.( I have had other ones but this is the best trail camera on the universe.) Set it up on a trail leading to my first small foodplot. Left it out for 10 days and got this cool buck in the snow. Not the biggest buck but I thought it was realy scenic in the snow.You know what they say perseverance pays off.
