This guy weathered out one of those pop up New England spring (Sugar Snow) storms on his log you can see the bare area around him as the rest of the area has snow. The other pic a mouse pays a night time visit.

Only cuddeback caught this in action. I wouldn't have known what knocked my feeder down otherwise.

As the most exciting hunting season (in my opinion ) is soon here the scouting for great toms is a daily ritual. Fortunate to have a few pieces of land to chase birds on we placed a camera in the woods in the dark. If we tried to go during the day the field had from 10 - 30 birds at a time so darkness was the only safe time to place our camera. Well after a few days in the woods curiosity got the best of us and so after dark we retrieved the camera. As you can see from the picture it was worth the extra effort to be careful placing our cuddeback camera. We are even more excited to see the toms and have even started getting up early just to listen to them gobble!! The camera is back out and we look forward to more great photos!

I got my first Cudde back for Christmas. I put it on a field behind my house with my old trail cam on the same tree. After three days I had 102 pictures on my Cudde Back and only 20 pictures on my old trail cam. I did not have these bucks on my old cam. I was able to get video of the same bucks a couple of days later. Thank you Lord for Cudde Back
