15 years ago when I got my 1'st trail cam,I would put it out in late summer & thru the fall for deer. If something else came by it was a bonus. Little did I know back then that I would use it for waterfowl. I set up on a backwater where I had seen wood ducks. No matter what the season, the anticipation to see what image the camera captured is always there. I was not disappointed in these colorful wood duck photos.

I always enjoy finding wolf tracks or hearing their howl but it is especially rewarding to capture them on our trail cam, just knowing that Michigan's UP has suitable habitat and abundant prey to support them.

I had the camera set up on the turkeys nest, and had been watching it for 3 weeks, while she laid the eggs. But,nest was raided by a raccoon, and the hen is trying to defend it.

I set up the camera in my back yard to see if I liked the quality of the photos that it produced before making the long trek down into my woods. I captured this on the first day and ever since, I have been just as interested in capturing photos as I am in locating game to hunt.

This is one of my favorite fields to setup in. Lots of deer,coyote, turkey, and fox travel the edge. This spot always produces some beautiful pictures.

I hunt turkeys in Southeast North Carolina. I knew turkeys were visiting this field but I had no idea when they were doing it. I placed my Ambush IR on a light pole in the field and determined that this big tom is hanging with his girlfriends. I hope to put my tag on him before the season ends. Thanks Cuddeback!!!
