Cuddeback - Capture was fast enough to catch this big Owl coming in for a landing. Look at the size of the talons!

Red-tailed hawks are common here and I always see them flying over my lake. Snakes, (banded water, copperhead, black rat, common garter, king and yellow bellied racer), are also common on and around the lake. I had the Cuddeback setup to get pictures of otter on the dam of the lake. The red-tail feeds on snakes and has just caught this one. I can't tell what species of snake he has, but it will soon be lunch. It really takes a good scouting camera to get a picture like this. Cuddeback is a great camera.

I put the camera out behind the house to see how the antler growth is doing, but ended up getting more pictures of coyotes than deer. I definitely know where to set some coyote traps at now.

Wow! What amazing shots taken by this Cuddeback! The following pictures depict two nice bucks fighting very intensely. Cuddeback did an astonishing job of capturing these pictures. I can't believe how clear these pictures are! I have never seen deer fight in real life, but these pictures were so good that they were the key that finally gave me the chance to say that I might as well have.

Not sure what it is that was unlucky enough to be made into lunch but the wolves are alive and well in central Minnesota.
