This big 11 pointer has been liking the Big and J Meltdown at the mineral site. We first saw him the Fourth of July and nicknamed him Firework. Hopefully he makes his appearance during deer season, possibly even growing a few extra points.

This buck was on our hit list last year and disappears last November and thought he was killed or died of something. This year he is back and has some mouth infection and looks weak. Hopefully he makes it to season and we can lay the smack down on him!

I have my camera setup in our front yard to see what wildlife come through. We have lots of whitetail deer and turkeys, but this is my first lion caught on camera. Nice treat!!

After a day of deer hunting I stopped and checked my camera and couldn't believe what I was seeing. I bet those cubs are saying to their mother you know it is the middle of November and we should be hibernating.it is cold

I am fortunate to have several good bucks showing up throughout my property. Most of the deer movement is at night due to the summer heat. Here in South/Central Georgia, the hot, humid days and abundance of bugs keeps the deer holed up in cooler spots during the day. #1 Image) This buck is showing off his rack at the mineral site. #2 Image) Another prospect for the coming season, a pretty good S. Georgia deer. #3 Image) The raccoon seems to be saying buddy wait your turn, I was here first at the protein/mineral feeder. All 3 images are taken by different cameras throughout my lease property. I am presently running 6 Cuddeback LR IR cameras that have been back in the woods since their maintenance/battery changes in mid-January following the 16-17 deer season. These cameras take excellent pictures and the battery life is great (one set each from October to Jan. with thousands of pictures). There are more of them in my future birthday and Christmas are coming).
