As dusk approached, these bucks came to eat their nightly meal. To their surprise one of their group had sneaked back early and had eaten all the corn. They were trying to get all the guys together to get that one to own up to the crime. Look for the sheepish grin!

10 years ago we didn't have any Fishers in central New York. Now they are coming on strong! Where did they come from?

This particular location I get pictures of bears, bobcats, deer, coyotes and turkeys. In this picture it looks like the deer and turkeys are trying to decide who has the right-of-way.

I had gotten several pictures of bears in this area before, but thankfully they hadn't bothered my cameras. This time he broke the strap and the camera was lying face down on the ground. This makes a good recommendation for bear proof boxes. The camera was undamaged.

I'm not complaining, but it amazes me that these 2 bucks have the whole woods to spar in & they spar for 5 minutes in front of the camera. Had our 1'st snow of the year also.

Just had the Cuddelink set up for deer movement and got this
