This adorable photo was taken on our hunting property, We had a stump filled with mineral for the deer. I can just imagine this lil guy saying “ OK I’m sitting here all prim and proper using my manners and all you’re going to offer me some icky mineral ”

This year I have seen only spikes and does at my stand.. that is until this big boy came for a photo shoot. I love the unique pony at the base of the left antler. The year seems to be stuck on 2006 on this capture, but it was this year and he has yet to show his face during daylight when I am there. Keep hoping.

We couldn’t figure out why our feeder kept going empty so fast until we saw this picture of the corn robber. He was a nice 8 pt we called Lefty because he had a split left ear. When we first put the feeder up it was a stand and fill. We noticed it kept going empty way to soon and figured the coons were spinning the plate so we added leg sections and put up a Cuddeback. We were surprised that Lefty was a trick deer and figured out how to get to the corn even after raising the feeder.
