I put my Cuddeback on an apple tree in an old overgrown Hayfield that borders a golf course in our neighborhood and was amazed when this guy showed up.

This clear shot of the critically endangered Tasmanian Devil was taken in our backyard as part of a 'citizen science' wildlife monitoring project in southern Tasmania. We had heard of devils living in our area but were amazed to see the photographic evidence of one of these unique and rare animals right on our doorstep.

My elderly Mom loves her Cuddeback to keep track of her wild Dallas neighbors. Highlight of my visits with her is downloading the pictures to show her the latest batch. This is our best one yet!

I got the trail shots early season never expecting to shot him. But one morning not hunting I went to turn chicken out on my 2 acres. I saw a doe at my blind and some movement in the brush behind her. I said it is a buck I think never dreaming it was the same Big 10 pt. I went to the house and got my crossbow and headed back. I got wishing 10 steps of blind and the doe stepped out from behind it. She saw me and ran off. The Big 10 came out and stopped looking at me. I scoped him and said can't take this shot. He stated walking and I shot him mid spine and bolt went through him. I picked it up know I had got him good. I went in and has some breakfast and then went to hunt him I found plenty of blood and found him 150 yds being my house. What a day I was really blessed.

I set my cuddeback camera on a deer trail that crossed a creek in my woods. The rut was getting started. During this time I got numerous pictures of good bucks.

I’ve had several bucks stop and work this scrape. Imagine my surprise when this mature 12 showed. I captured him on several cameras on my 200 acres, all nocturnal. He is a true trophy in every sense of the word.

This buck has been on our 40 acre tract a couple years now, last year he was just a 130in 10pt as a 3yrs old. What a surprise when we put cameras up this year and he still around and how much he blew up. Hoping to run a rage through him still!!
