I have my powerhouse IR camera on a mineral site I made for the deer. This doe and her 2 fawns will visit it twice a day. This is the first time I got a picture of the fawn nursing.

I’m so excited about the upcoming deer season. I have worked diligently over the past 5 years to get a descent herd, from predator control to bedding areas. My area is not known for large whitetails, but I think I’m on my way to harvesting a real nice one.

These are Bushpigs and they are not normally in very Southern part of South Africa. One of their favourite pastimes is having a mudbath. Cheers Ken Wynne-Dyke

Camera is setup on a year round protein feeder, the deer in the photo looks to a first year fawn early birth. but thought the photo stood out for the 1 in a million pie-bald spike, but it also have a unique black fox squirrel with white nose in the same picture.

Big 9 Point I’ve watched grow for the last three years and nicknamed “Goat Weed” Hoping to arrow him in velvet this year. I always enjoy checking my Cuddeback cameras to see how fast these animals can grow. With the battery packs I leave them out year around and the only cameras I’ll own.
