When your in-laws have a once in a lifetime ND elk tag and your Cuddelink camera sends you a picture like this.... you make sure to pass the word along.

I beautiful picture of a beautiful buck that has blown up this year into one of the largest whitetails I've ever had access to hunt. Counting down the days until opening day!

My son and I are trappers. Our trapline is an hour drive from the house. We started with one Cuddeback G-23 camera this summer to do a side-by-side field comparison to the current cameras we used for hunting. As the Cuddeback camera proved itself, we expanded to a CuddeLink network of 5 cameras (1 G-23 and a 4-pack of J-3s) to test the “link†feature. Our plan (hope) was if it worked as advertised, we could deploy a CuddeLink network with a CuddeLink cell camera as the home camera to send us pictures of the trap sets. After methodically building out the network upon each success, we have 13 CuddeLink cameras and one CuddeLink cell camera taking time-lapse pictures every 3 hours and sending us an email with pictures every 8 hours. The first trap was set on Sunday, September 8th (VA has a year-round coyote trapping season). We are now checking our trapline every eight hours and only making the trek when the CuddeLink network shows us we have a catch … this picture is our first catch in 2019! The CuddeLink network has proven to be one of our best investments EVER! Can’t wait for the full-blown trapping season to open in November.
