Put new batteries in cameras and set out like a trap line to see what was left after the rifle season. Rut is still on and we have more than one that should be of shooter material next year.

3 Young Alabama Bucks. Got this pick in green field the other night 2 small bucks got into sparring match with another 1 of their peers looking on (The Referee). You never know what you might see when the lights go out. Thanks to Cudde/back for the really great cameras and the new cell came links

My Cuddelink took this pic of a doe entering a late season foodplot. The sunset made for a cool pic.

I was mentioning my grandson a week earlier. We were in our deer blind when this owl showed up about 20 yards out. It kept watching us, all of a sudden it flew almost into our open window. It landed within 4 feet of us. It scared me so I decided to chase it away fearing injury to my grandson. When I did that I also scared a nice buck that I never saw which was less than 20 yards.

This is a buck I call splits. He had double splits on his back tines last year as a 2.5 year old. This year as a 3.5 year old he’s just a main 8. Hopefully next year he goes back to the splits. He’s made it through our shotgun seasons so I think he’s gonna make it .

This doe was eating around the feeder very relaxed for about 10 minutes. Then something scared her so bad, she jumped and ran like crazy. Caught on the Dual Cell K Camera

This coyote stopped to scratch himself. Kinda neat to see in Pennsylvania. I usually don’t see many coyotes in this area

(1) Besides the fact that the Doe ducked my arrow in a 15 yard shot, the camera did catch the arrow going through her. (2) Seems pretty normal during rut. (3) Not sure what's wrong with these two.

The Oklahoma Spring Season flooding of the Arkansas River. This camera was about a half of a mile from the river and the water did rise another 3 feet putting the camera under water. It took pictures for about a week under water before it stopped working.
