The first week of the Rifle season in West Virginia just came to an end. We have had a couple smaller bucks that we was trying to get. We had set in the blind for hours and no horns at all. I was walking in to get everything out of the blind and noticed that white tails was just waving. I thought this was a pretty cool picture with catching two deer in mid air.

River otters frequent a creek behind my home. They fish there and they play there. Here is one coming up the snowy bank from the icy creek.

It was the morning of November 16th and I had thought the rut had really been winding down. At about 7:30 am I heard a noise behind me. A doe was walking up to the tree line I was sitting in and a few yards behind her was a buck I Called splits. They made there way through the tree line and bolted into the woods. Within seconds a buck I called knarls race by at only a few yards, and two more smaller bucks came through in a blink of a eye, all after the same doe. Craziest 5 minutes I had ever had in the deer woods. I finally got down to the secluded flood plot on November 30th, located below the ridge I was sitting on November 16th to my surprise I had a picture on my Cuddeback Attack of knarls chasing that doe at full speed with splits in the background. Coolest picture I have ever gotten on camera. Included a picture of each buck in the photo I'm submitting.

I just joined a club in mountains of western NC strictly to take of extended seasons and hopefully to harvest a bear as populations have exploded. I am pleased to see promising results from my cuddebacks. Not only did I have plenty of bear pics but some pretty impressive bucks to boot!!!
