This 8 point buck was arrowed by my father about 4 hours after the last photo shown here on 11/10/05 at 10:30 am. It had a 19 1/2 inch spread and weighed 195#.

I set the camera over this scrape that was getting a lot of nighttime attention. There were several smaller bucks and a few does that visited this scrape. This large nothern Illinois buck was the one I was looking for. Thanks cuddeback.

I kept seeing coyote scat on the trails behind my house and finally caught a picture of him.

I have owned a small parcel of property in central MN for 10 years. While I thought that I had a good idea as to what we had roaming the property, I never REALLY knew until I put up the Cuddeback. We have seen him twice this fall, both times without the right shot. As luck would have it, I found his right antler (from '04) on October 26th. It measures 63 5/8, and his left beam is larger. With a 20 inside spread, we estimate him to be 158 last year. The Cuddeback photos are inspiration to stay in the tree a while longer.
