I thought these were great pictures of a Bobcat and a Coyote sharing a meal! I didn't think they would tolerate each other, guess I was wrong. I know they enjoyed this roadkill meal as they devoured it in one night. The Bobcat first arrived at the scene on 4/4/20 at 1:49am, about 8 hours after the deer was placed. The cat continued to visit the deer in the daylight hours of the morning and afternoon of the 4th and then at 4:25pm the Coyote appeared. They feed off of the deer the rest of the afternoon into the evening until as far as I can tell from the pictures the Coyote dragged the deer off into the woods around 1am of the 5th. I visited the site about 10:00am and found the carcass dragged about 100yds into an aspen grove and completely devoured. As I was inspecting the site I was wondering if I was being watched! That Coyote and Bobcat had full bellies and were happy campers this morning!

It was 11/5/2011 when this photo was taken. I was in my tree stand, above a trail the buck was walking on, when the flash alerted me to game coming my way. It was as dark as a black hole that time of morning. I assumed it was a buck trolling for does as they normally pattern this particular trail. I frantically tried grunting to sway the deer passing by to no avail. As time past, at 10:20 that morning, I wound up shooting what appeared to be a good buck. When I walked up to my prize, I realized he was better than good and turned out to be my best buck to date. After going through my cuddeback, the buck I shot was the same deer on my camera! It was a tremendous hunt and cuddeback helped me capture that moment. Thank you!

This is one of about 7 deer that come to our neighborhood on a daily basis. I love how my Cuddy captured this little one.

Everyone loves good eagle pictures so when you find a winter killed deer and have a Cuddeback in storage for the winter, put it on the carcass and see what shows up. I am amazed at how fast those birds can pick a deer carcass clean.

You just never know what your cuddeback will discover! Never saw this unique racked buck during the up coming season. But i did manage to get a glimpse of him because ..... as you guessed, my cuddeback was on duty!

Just thought this was a great reminder of how resilient these worriors can be, and how lucky I am for the chance to document there existence for just a moment. Thanks cuddeback!
