I have this camera out where I put down a mineral suppliment and have lots of pictures of deer. I was quite suprised to see the photo of this bear. According to the camera there were deer there seven minutes before and twenty minutes after this bear passed through.

I would say that this deer got very lucky over the last shotgun season in Iowa. Look at the round hole in the deers ear looks like a slug hole to me.

pic#1: nickname: Knarley, when i first saw him in the twilight hours i thought the was a horse. pic#2: batchelor party, this must have been the night before the right, because the next day these two fought like warriors pic#3: curious, he seemed to be drawn to the flash as we have several pics of him staring into the camera
