We have been planting food plots and warmseason grass for the last 5 years. This is the first year we have started seeing young turkes and quail. We do have alot of deer.

First is a non-typical we got photos of that a friend took during rifle season. We just called him the freak . We printed off photos for our friend to take to his taxidermist. The second is one we thought had a 20 spread and hoped to get. A neighbor got it instead. He had a 19-1/2 spread. We called him the Wide Boy . The 3rd is just one I like the looks of. He was the only buck coming into the camera after rifle season was over and he looks like he thinks he is the king. We referred to him as Our Little Guy .

I didn't think we had many deer around our hunting area but the cuddeback has shown different. It looks like it might be a good hunting season. It has also shown that one deer has made it through a car accident.

2 years prior to this picture i had the opportunity to pass on a bear we had called lanky. He was long an slender but he probably weighed around 225 LBS... I hadn't seen him until now. This picture was taken in May and from the looks of this bear it fits lanky's description with his long neck but he has put some weight on. Alot of people would probably think you can't tell one bear apart from another. But if you have hunted them long enough and watched them you can tell them apart.. I estimate Lanky to be around 325+.... I am glad to see him back on my property Well I had this feeder from january until april and when I had went to check on it in the first week of may it had been ripped down I Immediatley figured it was a bear until I saw this picture.. I think the picture says it all he went to scratch his back and knocked it down..

To monitor the grouse drumming this spring we borrowed one of your cameras from a friend and set it up next to a couple known drumming sites. We documented that the grouse stays at or near his drumming site most of the night, then begins to drum at first light. We use these photos and others in our Northwind PRO Hunter Workshops that we conduct all over the Midwest. Visit our website at www.northwnd.com We'd love to promote your camera and link to your site from ours. Contact us if you are interested. Ann Jandernoa and Skip Souther 715-762-1037. We're currently renting a farm on Kaiser Rd, 3 miles SW of your office.
