During the drought earlier this year this 13 point came to drink on 5 different occasions. I got one picture of him last year but never saw him. I hunted 35 days on my 600 acre ranch to no avail. I was sure someone had taken this magnificent trophy until I saw the pictures at the end of July and there he was. I also captured him on video 3 times. He has been dubbed Bubba

I took this picture in illinois last Nov. Amazingly enough I was trying to get a picture of even a larger buck I had seen two days earlier and this buck followed a doe in front of the camera. I am sorry to say a car got the better of this deer a week after I left and another hunter killed the other buck which grossed in 200's non-typical. Needless to say I will be back this Nov. and I hope one of the bucks had some offspring for me to hunt!
