Last Summer my Dad, future brother-in-law (Robby) and I went out to hang some tree stands. Working all day in 85-degree heat definitely pushed us to our limits. We desperately needed a good laugh to cheer us up. Well that good laugh showed up a week later. After viewing a 10 second video clip, we were amazed to see what the cuddeback recorded. My Dad needed help with a branch, so Robby sprung into action. As Robby was pulling down the branch, my Dad stepped up and cut it off, sending Robby flying backwards onto his butt. The odds of capturing those exact ten seconds are truly priceless! We have had the endless pleasure of viewing this over and over again. Robby has a history of making our family laugh, but this particular incident, which happened to get caught on our cuddeback, certainly tops a long list of classic Robby moments. Thank you Robby for your good sense of humor, and thank you cuddeback for making such a great product!

EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE STILL IN VELVET ITS NO NONSENSE FOR THESE TWO OLDER BUCKS. IN THE OTHER PHOTO YOU SEE A SILVER BACK TREE FOX FEEDING WITH THE DEER. THIS PARTICULAR FOX IS A FLORIDA ENDANGERED SPECIES. THEY CLIMB OAK TREES IN WHICH THEY SLEEP IN DURING THE DAY. I HAVE SEEN THEM FEED ON ABOUT EVERYTHING CORN, SOY, INSECTS, BUT THEY ESPECIALLY LIKE HIGH PROTEIN DEER PELLETS.

DEER WITH HORN GROWING OUT THE SIDE OF ITS HEAD. CONTROVERSIAL- SHOOT OR DON'T SHOOT---MANY HUNTERS WOULD IMMEDIATELY KILL SUCH AN ANIMAL AND CALL IT A FREAK OF NATURE.WOULD YOU SHOOT SOMEONE YOU KNOW JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE HANDICAPPED? WHEN I FIRST SAW THIS DEER I CALLED THE LOCAL WILDLIFE BIOLOGIST WHO INFORMED ME THAT EVEN WITH THIS UNUSUAL HORN DISPLACEMENT IT IS NOT GENETIC AND WILL NOT BE PASSED ON THROUGH HIS GENES IF HE BREDS. OUR CONCERN IN THIS CASE WAS THE CAMO RAG TANGLED IN HIS HORNS AND IF THE HORNS GET BIGGER NEXT YEAR HE WILL PROBABLY EITHER GET HURT OR SNAP IT OFF IN HIS FUTURE YEARS. THE BIOLOGIST SAID IT WAS THE MOST UNUSAL HORN DISPLACEMENT HE HAD EVER SEEN.

All three pictures were taken from a camera I set up on a stake on the edge of a corn field facing the woods. The deer were cutting around the backside of this field going in and out of the woods. The close up pictures is just a good photograph...showing every hair on the deer. I got about 75 pictures of bucks in a 2 week period.
