Got a picture of this buck working a scrape, I shot the buck Nov. 1st. Ended up scoring 140 gross, was a big old heavy horned brute that probably made some bad days for other bucks. The other buck was a 13 point that I nicknamed Steve for no apparent reason, saw him once the last week of october but he offered no shot, havent seen him since.

These Bucks are taken from land that I lease for hunting in Hopkins Michigan, which is about 30 minuites south of Grand Rapids. I put a bag of apples in front of my cammera because I was not getting very many pictures of deer. over the next seven days I got 254 pictures of deer. I got pictures of bucks that I never new existed. I was in Vermont when all these bucks were chasing does on the property and by the time I realised these bucks were there they had left the area, or so it seems becuase I have not seen them hunting

This nice Virginia buck started frequenting one of my trails 2 weeks prior to the start of our muzzleloading season. He made and appearance in the afternoon of the 1st day of the season and will now go on the wall.
