I got several pictures and videos with the No Flash of this big buck. Because of the video I know that he has a broken foot and hope he makes it until next year.

I just purchased my first cudde back digital camera a few weeks ago and it has been amazing by showing me what size and how many animals are in the area that I am hunting.

The first picture (CDY_0063-1.JPG) was taken just after the gun season ended and these were three bucks we had gotten pictures of all fall. It was nice to see the bucks survived the season The second picture is of a buck we had seen for three years, but had not gotten a good chance to harvest. The picture was taken as he hit a scrape during the pre rut. My dad harvested the buck a week later over the same scrape. Without the Cuddeback we would not have know he was still in the area.

We set up the camera where a trail entered a hay field because we had seen many deer use that spot to eat in the evening. We knew there were nice bucks using the field, but this one posed perfectly. I was able to harvest him from the tree in the background during the first week of archery season one month after the picture was taken. The Cuddeback was an invaluable scouting tool.
