To further improve our understanding of the local deer herd and to augment annual deer density assessments within our 4.75 square miles of ownership, The Nature Conservancy's Forest Conservation Program in Pennsylvania has purchased four Cuddeback Infrared game cameras. These infrared-triggered cameras will be utilized to capture images of deer throughout our West Branch Research and Demonstration forest and provide us with better insight as to current white-tailed deer densities, age structure, along with buck-to-doe and fawn-to-doe ratios. Furthermore, this tool will help us to assess the presence and absence of other wildlife species that include predators and small mammals.

We have had very good luck with our cuddeback game came cams and we are lucky to have had them up to take these awesome photos of our deer. When we got to the camera with the photo of me in the stand and the buck out in front of me we were amazed at the photo and had to send it in. And the photo with the 9 point that bedded down in front of the camera was really cool and that was one of the best bucks we've had on this piece of land. Thanks cuddeback for making such good game cameras and keep up the good work.

In late September 2006 I was lucky enough to gain permission to a 33 aacre traxt of land in Se PA. I walked thirty yards into the woods on Oct 2nd when I found a cluster of three scrapes. I set up my trusty CUddeback and hoped for the best. I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw this 13-PT non-typical. I hunted him all archery season and had him within 60 yards twice but he never stepped within range. As if to taunt me he dogged a doe right past my camera on 11/3 a mere fifty yards from the stand I had planned to hunt. I was lucky enough to find his shed, left side 9pts.

Early season picture on a clover plot on my farm in Buffalo County. It looks like he is going to be a dandy. I can't wait to see how he develops.

A friend and I were on a 'Fathers Day' bear baiting trip. A long hike lead us to an opening along a mountain side where I keep my bait barrel. There were signs everywhere of bear, and other creatures visiting my bait, but I had no idea of what I was in store for me until I went home and checked my 'Cuddeback'. The day before I knew the batteries were getting low and my camera only had a few good pictures left to take before I needed to replace them. I had baited an hour previouosly with some hopefully tempting new 'morsels' and obviously it worked. I have been hunting bears in this area for nine years and this is the first picture that after those nine years...actually rendered me speechless. I know animals like these are in the area, but I never thought I could get such a great picture. -new tagline- 'HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR CUDDEBACK LATELY?'

I started baiting bear about a month ago and was getting a ton of bear pictures. I didn't know that there would be nine different bear where I am baiting until I bought my Cuddeback Expert.
