Camera is set up facing our camp in Harmony Township, Forest County, Pennsylvania. I have a food plot that they like to come and eat. The picture was taken as the sun was just breaking up over the Allegheny River Ridge.

This was the first year we've owned the property. With minimal habitat improvements due to time constraints and wanting to study deer movements, we were extremely pleased with pictures we got throughout the fall. Picture 1 and 2 are of a buck still with doe during wisconsin rifle season. Of course we chose to hunt a different property the day he came through. The 3rd picture was of a buck we haven't seen in the past on our cameras proving the pre rut was in full swing. If you can't tell by him licking his nose, a doe came through shortly before he showed up.

I was actually hunting just up the ditch from this camera, and could've literally jumped on this little buck's back. The evening started off with a little rain, that was actually in the forecast... but it said nothing about the ½ of snow we received in about an hours time! Luckily for me, I was ready for it with my rain gear, but wow, what a pose for a picture with fresh snow in Northeast Missouri!

I have been hoping for a picture like this for a few years now. It's not by choice as the land floods unexpectedly all too often as of late. I have lost many cameras due to this and have adjusted accordingly to get shots like this. This brute came by and the camera did the job capturing a great action shot.
