After a four year program about controlling feral dogs on a natural protected area, we were able to catch this ocelote (Leopardus pardalis), one of the top natural predators in the area. This image is the result of tons of work in education, monitoring, trapping and neutering, thanks to all people involved.

I know this is just a picture of two deer fighting over corn but my first thought when I saw it was “my deer are sophisticated, they walk on two legs†which made the whole thing seem a lot funnier.

This is a buck that we now have 2 years of pictures of. We call this buck tall browtine and believe he is a 4 1/2 year old and to our knowledge he is still alive. He will be an absolute monster next year if he makes it.
