My hunting/video partner Billy Rose just purchased 2 new cuddeback captures and has been hunting his stand hard. We had some cheaper cameras that just werent cutting it so we decided to try the new captures. Money well spent!! This buck did a downwind circle around our one stand. An hour later my buddie was in his stand not knowing the big buck had just been there.

I've hunted this dry creek bottom funnel for several years now and have taken a few bucks from it. However, I've never put a camera down there until this year. Well, due to some uncontrollable circumstances I havn't had much time to hunt yet this year so I figured I'd let the camera show me what I was missing. Much to my surprise this beautiful 10 point came right on through. I only wish I would have been there as my stand is only 10 yards away from where he was standing and as you can see in the background, there was still plenty of shooting light. Hopefully I can get a pin on this guy before season's end. Thanks Cuddeback!

I hunt two big pieces of timber near my home in West-central Illinois. I have had my camera in these woods since August with no luck of a nice shooter buck. For some reason one morning I decided to go to a small 15 acre piece that noone hunts and doesn't usually hold many deer and put my camera up. I didn't do any scouting I just found a crossing with a few tracks, put the camera up and left. When I came back and saw this picture it sure made me think twice about where I hunt.
