We have the privilege of living next to a open field and wooded area. We get deer, ground hogs, racoon and the occasional child giving a goofy face showing up on our Cuddeback cameras. Our kids were discussing the flight of birds a couple weeks ago. After seeing this amazing shot from our Attack IR of a Cardinal hovering in flight I had to show the kids. They were so excited to be able to see and better understand the wing pattern of how birds fly!

Captured these bucks fighting before the season opened. We hunted that area hard for them but my son only saw the larger one time during the season. Hopefully they survived the season.

We started seeing this buck in September but no daylight pics. Largest I’ve seen on this property yet and I’ve been hunting it for 25 years. I’m here to tell you the cudde link system with cellular service is what made my year come together. We had pictures on 3 of the 6 so it became a matter of hunting without pushing him and a little luck doesn’t hurt. On November 8, it all came together with a perfect heart stopping shot at 30 yards. The same shot I had been shooting over and over in my mind for several weeks. Finally something worth talking about in 2020.

Washington State Cougar who has taken a liking to the ridge deck’s great view overlooking lake. Last winter I hiked up to property to knock snow off deck and noticed many Coug prints going under deck. Suspicion confirmed and appears I built a Coug den.

I had this camera set up along side the edge of a field where I had discovered several large rubs which can be seen in the background. I was pleased to find a picture of this large bobcat that was cruising the inside edge of the field early one morning.

This buck has been passing through our property every few days and struts around the does, as if he’s the hottest buck around and he is posing for the camera as if he’s thinking, Camera, Camera on the tree, who’s the hottest buck you see? Hilarious, but he’ll someday be in my scope and I’ll be thinking how hot he’ll look on my wall!
