This large 12 point buck, 5 on left side 7 on right was caught in my Cuddeback NoFlash 24 different times, he is a magnificent mature buck, who only provided one glimps of himself during shooting hours, he walked into my wooded foodplot at 38 yards quartering to me, and I had to let him go because the shot opportunity was just not there. I have not had any reports of this majestic buck being harvested this past season. Here in Southern NY we have had an extremely harsh winter and I hope my management efforts have kept this trophy alive for another encounter next season, hopefully with the tables turned in my favor. I had a spectacular season even though I did not harvest this past season.

I guess it takes an impressive rack to run this territorial squirrel off. The first photo shows the squirrel holding it's ground against the spike thats shed it antlers. Five minutes later when the big boy shows and displays his rack the squirrel decides to exit rather quickly. I can say I blame him. The last photo shows the squirrel doing his superman imitation, notice the all black squirrel in the picture.

My Grandfather has a small 26 acer farm in Nesbit, MS. and I never knew we had a buck like this on the property until we used a Cuddeback. Scent wick with doe in heat works like a charm.
