We keep track of the foxes and number of kits that are born each year. In the past, we've had 3, 4, and 5 to a litter. This year, they were a little late and I wanted to document that there were foxes in the area and find out if the foxes were using a particular den site, so I purchased a Capture IR in order to photo them at night and not spook them. The third night I set up the camera on a different denning site and WOW! We have 6 baby foxes and a very active and attendent vixen. This is an amazing camera!

I have watched these three Toms for all three years of their lives. They were always together. Now in their fourth year, this guy got booted. I saw him again today when I was swapping out the cards in my four Cudde's. He was all alone. Just have to get to opening day on April 11th and something tells me he might die of lead poisoning.....:)
