I had about 50 pics of this buck in velvet. He looks just as good out of velvet. I have yet to get a pic in daylight.

i purchased my first cuddeback capture ir this year. i've tried 4 different manufacturers' cameras prior to buying a cuddeback. the cuddeback capture's easy setup, trigger speed and picture quality is BY FAR THE BEST ON THE MARKET. i put it up on my farm in halifax, va. here's proof that QDMA works no matter where you are. some pics. of 4 different nice virginia bucks and a good young buck. don't waste your time with other cameras, BUY A CUDDEBACK!

I just got a new cuddeback,and found a new hunting location. Didnt know what to expect. I was surprised when my first pictures was of these big guys. The deer on the right is a huge ten point. Which he still has plenty of Velvet left on his antlers. The deer on the left you see is a huge nine point and has already shed all of his velvet off. My new cuddeback is awsome. The second picture is of the same nine point, but with a different deer which has not shed his velvet off yet either. I just throught it was cool that one deer has velvet and the other dont. Thanks Dustin

I guess this buck to be about 4-5 years old. Found him last year during rifle season in December. While I was still hunting, I kicked up what I thought was a big doe, but when I approached the bed, I found a freshly dropped, massive shed lying on top of the snow. I spent the rest of the season trying to find the other shed, but never did. This area is very remote with thousands of acres of hardwoods mixed with dense pine and hemlock, so he has a large home range, and I've found it very difficult to try and pattern him. He's comming in to my dads cuddeback now on a nightly basis along with several other bucks, like these two smaller ones that posed nicely for the camera and snapped a good shot of them doing some early-September sparring. I guess the new antler restriction laws in Pennsylvania are paying off. A few years ago, bucks like these were unheard of on public land in northwestern PA.
